# Shutupnotea
The goal of this movement is to inject love where there’s gossip.
Step 1: Add #shutupnotea
- Add this hashtag to your social media post & profile.
- In moments of frustration, when every ounce of you wants to spill some Tea and post something negative drop #shutupnotea instead.
- Each time you encounter a gossip blog or story (no matter who it’s about) drop #shutupnotea in a post.
- Each time you see a negative gossip post, even if the comment is about you, don’t give a rebuttal drop just drop #shutupnotea instead.
- When someone posts something you feel is out of line or that you don’t agree with, try not to attack them (like everyone else does) instead drop #shutupnotea.
- No matter what negative things are written let your comment consistently be #shutupnotea.
